If you have previously registered you can login to your existing account and simply update the registration details including membership/team/age etc when re-registering. You can login here https://greenwaysaces.co.uk/membership-account/

Before you begin registration, please see the details of what you will need to hand, in order to complete the full registration process:-

Email address to use as username, which is accessible for confirmations, reminders, and notifications about your account.
Child name, team name, date of birth, and age as at 01st September.
Child address details, school name, emergency contact numbers, and any medical needs including details of medication/dose/frequency.
You will also need details of any special safeguarding, communication or religion & culture needs.

To complete the registration, you will need bank card information for payment of the initial signing on fee + the first monthly subscription, and then a further 10 monthly subscription payments taken automatically monthly thereafter. All payments are taken via the Stripe secure payment gateway. Once registration is complete you will be able to see a record of all payments including invoices, and be able to update personal details or your payment method if required within the secure portal.

SIBLINGS.

In order to sign 2 (or more) children this is the process.

Checkout the oldest child first using either ACES Junior or ACES Youth memberships, and make the appropriate payment.
Log back into the account and then additionally select ACES Sibling Junior or ACES Sibling Youth membership for the younger child. ** Please ensure that you do not deselect the original membership**. This will add a second form to the checkout page for the younger child details. Complete the second form and then re-checkout making the further payment as before..
